REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES TO PREPARE A VEHICLE MILES TRAVELLED (VMT) ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT AND MITIGATION PROGRAM FOR VENTURA COUNTY
The Ventura Council of Governments (VCOG), in partnership with the Ventura County Transportation Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT) Adaptive Management and Mitigation Program for Ventura County as described in this RFP. Development of the program is funded by a Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) grant from the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), with funding from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
